WHERE IS THE EXACT LOCATION?
After booking your desired treatment(s) through the booking system (can be accessed through the 'BOOK NOW' button in the top right corner), you will get an automated message giving you the exact location and directions. If at any point you get lost or the instructions aren't clear, give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you!
IS THERE ANY FREE PARKING?
Yes! We have free parking available on site. Information on how to get to the address and where to park will be sent to you after booking.
ARE THERE ANY OPPORTUNITIES FOR WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS?
Unfortunately, we only accept appointment bookings currently.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require notice of cancellation or rescheduling a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. If notice has been given under the 24 hour period, 50% of the total fee of treatment(s) will need to be paid. A treatment can not be booked in again until after the 50% has been paid.
DO YOU HAVE A GRACE PERIOD?
Yes! we allow up to 15 minutes of lateness before the treatment will be cancelled. Any time over the 15 minutes grace period, the FULL treatment cost will need to be paid.
ARE THERE ANY TOILETS ON SITE?
We don't currently have the facilities for a toilet but it is a working progress. We advise going to the toilet before coming for your treatment. However, if you have a medical condition that requires you to use the toilet regularly, we have a toilet available 5 mins walk away.
